The Pro-Vida makes very small bubbles, nanobubbles. What exactly are nanobubbles? They are tiny air bubbles, so small that you cannot see them with the naked eye.

The big advantage of this is that the air bubbles do not immediately float to the top, but they remain in the water, so they can be effective and achieve their purpose. Larger bubbles rise, on average only 7% of them remain in the water. Nanobubbles reach the end of the pipe in your greenhouse and therefore effectively reach the plant. The pressure inside the bubble is practically the same as outside it, which means that they remain suspended in the water for up to 6 months under laboratory conditions. The oxygen transfer rate is therefore approximately 6,500% more efficient than techniques with macrobubbles.
How does the Pro-Vida work?
- The Pro-Vida makes nanobubbles. These nanobubbles contain pure oxygen and we mix that with the water.
- The Pro-Vida also contains an oxygen concentrator which allows us to work with 90% oxygen instead of regular air which only contains 20% oxygen.
- Depending on the type, the oxygen generator produces 5, 10, 15 or 20 liters of oxygen per minute.
Plug-and-play
The unit can be easily connected to the day supply tank, a silo, cellar or basin. So in most cases the installation is fairly simple. Within the Netherlands we can take care of this for you in most cases. The Pro-Vida is often installed on a tank from which the water goes to the greenhouse. This could be a day supply tank or, for example, a rainwater silo from which the treated water mixes with the water from the clean drainage water silo. Of course there are several possibilities. We are happy to visit you to provide tailor-made advice and to examine the situation.
The Pro-Vida only uses electricity. The oxygen generator extracts oxygen from the air and only requires annual maintenance. We can carry out this maintenance for you within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands we will send you the necessary parts and provide you with instructions. The units are designed in such a way that maintenance is easy to perform.
Most units are located indoors, but we also have a cabinet that can be placed outside.
